CoffeeBean Villa - Bed and Breakfast

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The property from outside looks cool with the plantation. The service was extremely poor — nothing was provided unless repeatedly asked for, including basic amenities like drinking water, toothbrush, and toothpaste. There were no water bottles or kettles in the room. The food quality was terrible and seemed to be cooked in reused oil, with hardly any variety. Cleanliness was below average, and the surroundings were not well maintained. During rain, the place becomes very slippery — I even saw an elderly lady fall badly because of it. All the indoor game amenities were either broken or not usable. The hotel charges very high prices for both rooms and food, which is completely unjustified given the poor service. Even a simple campfire was only arranged after multiple requests. It also seemed like the staff were being monitored from another location, and no one took real responsibility for guest comfort. Felt like money minded as all payments were asked just while you enter. Overall, I would not recommend this place. It is overpriced, poorly managed, and lacks even basic hospitality.
