The hotel is near to Misasagi station, a little outskirt from main city Kyoto and Lawson conbini store. Unexpectedly the hotel doesn’t have any lift despite when we looking for hotel, this listed with other hotel that have lift, our fault doesn’t properly check the facilities but thankfully they didn’t have any issue to let us put put large luggage at common room once the hotel received the luggage from delivery services.

Right next to subway station and convenience store. It was great to have a room with little kitchen and washing machine. A few izakayas around. One thing to be aware off the reception is not staffed 24/7. Check in time is 3. We arrived at 2 and could not get into building until the owner arrived at 3.

The host and staff are very kind and friendly. The location is just 30m. to the subway station, and also a lot of convenient places for shopping groceries, pharmacy, bakery and etc. A nice cafe not very faraway. Easy to go to Uji too!
