This place is in complete tatters and should not be allowed on a booking site. No hot water, barely any food, the pool is unusable. I could go on but won't waste my time. Stay anywhere else.

The place is crawling with insects in the room at night. The facilities, such as the showers is the room are substandard. The pool is not worth a visit. The food is basic and unappealing. The staff are friendly but that's about it. I am surprised that Agoda's rated this as 4 when I booked.

The staff are exceptionally friendly, as are all the people of Vanuatu, but you’ll need to manage your expectations on the service speed here. It’s very laid back and anything you order at the restaurant will take some time to arrive - but don’t let that put you off. We got used to it and really enjoyed our time at Coco Beach Resort. The rooms are comfortable and rustic. Stay in a hotel if you hate the thought of the occasional spider or crab sneaking into your room. Honestly, it took some time to adjust, but this place added to the wonderful experience of our trip to Vanuatu.

It has wonderful snorkeling trails and great spot for kayaking. Yes the resort doesn’t have pool and the entrance doesn’t have a bar but the stay was clean, has hot water and air conditioning. People are so welcoming and wonderful. I think if you look past the pool it’s a great spot to relax and watch sunset.
