    The rooms are okay. Not exceptionally great as claimed by others. The pool was dirty and we decided not to use it. The location is on main road but appox 10KM away from beach, and some roads constructions are going on which makes accessing the beach even miserable. Food was good, although its not restaurant so you have to order in advance. If restaurant/bar was available it would be much better.

    The place was clean, they had decent amenities like swimming pool, carrom, badminton, and you can play indoor cricket if you wish. Food and villa location was nice too. The only problem was the caretaker of the villa, he was pathetic. He needs to be fired as he was pretty rude and this is the reason I am half heartedly suggesting this villa!
