    Celebrated my birthday here. The owner/caretaker was kind and helpful. This is at the fourth floor which is perfect if you want to have some view of Taal as well but as mentioned, there are no elevators in this building so, not recommended for seniors. The club pool was nice as well.

    Had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, fresh, cozy and beautifully designed. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water, coffee and creamer. The Wi-Fi was available and worked well. Just use the QR code located beside the door to connect to the Wi-Fi for a better and more stable connection. Very satisfied with my stay and would definitely come back!

    This is our second time at Club Balai and our experience just great. The room was excellent but its on the fourth floor. Stairs is the only way to go up and down so its really an exercise going in this room. Basketball court…3 nice swimming pools.. nice resto.. The aircon in our room is really cold. There are extra bed underneath.. with utensils too.
