Room was lovely, given pool view in the corner which was a nice place, everything worked well in room and it was very clean. I live in TUI Lojman next door and stayed here when my boyfriend came to visit, I was worried about the loud music on a morning, during activities and on a night as in Lojman next door I had to move rooms to get away from it (bedroom window was right above the bar) but with the balcony doors closed I couldn't hear the loud music inside which was good. The food wasn't all that great, lukewarm and the sauces were very runny but I'm used to eating food at my work hotel which is 5 star. I wasn't expecting that level of quality but it was nice enough. The fresh Pide was lovely. Wasn't given any information on check in about dinner times etc and didn't know there was a free shuttle bus to the beach club, and I rented a scooter for 20 Euros so both of us could go to the nearest beach as it is too far to walk. Didn't go in the pool or do any activities so cannot comment on these. Reception staff were great and I left my UK extension lead in the room and I went back to tell them and it was found and returned to me the next day. So apart from the food, but I'm fussy about food, I would really recommend this hotel for a cheap stay in Side
