    Stayed here 3 times, and unfortunately, the experience got worse each time. The first stay was really good, the bathroom was clean, and the staff were very accommodating. The second stay was just okay. The AC had an issue, and there were no tissues or towels in the bathroom, but it was still manageable, and the staff were accommodating. The third stay was terrible. We had to request a room change because the bathroom in our first room was disgusting, and the AC wasn’t working. We called the receptionist (a guy), and he said they were fully booked and would see what he could do. We waited for about 30 minutes, but nothing happened. I called again, and he eventually said he would transfer us to another room. It took another hour just to arrange the room transfer, so we had to wait in the original room. Unfortunately, the second room was just as disgusting and disorganized as the first one. It’s really disappointing to see such a huge difference in the quality of the stay. The staff were still accommodating, but the condition of the rooms and the long wait for a solution made our third stay a very unpleasant experience.
