I normally do not write reviews, but this was so bad I had to let other people know to beware and not book the Baymont in Tullahoma. I would never recommend that anyone stay there. I honestly don't understand how this hotel had such great ratings. It was dirty...there was some garbage under one of the beds, walls were dirty, carpet was the dirtiest we had ever seen in a hotel & motel and it was even tore & freyed in aras. The bathroom floor, tub and around base of toilet were VISIBLY DIRTY. Can't say about the food as were afraid to even eat it. I had requested that we have a non-smoking room because my child and I have real bad allergies....which I actually wrote in the request when booking the room...and the room was bad musty smelling and smelled like pot/marijuana. My child had to use the inhale and take medication. One of the 3 reasons we book the Baymont in Tullahoma was because of the outdoor pool and it was closed....drained to replaced some tiles. We have to stay at hotels and motels from time to time when we have to go to Vanderbilt. I choose hotels by ratings, free breakfast & pool and the cheapest priced. Do not waste your hard earned money to stay here.Return my money that I work hard for. Do the needed overhaul needed done for the hotel. Hire people that take pride in maintaining a CLEAN SANITARY hotel. Have people that work the check in, to go above and beyond for your customers that chose to stay there. That is your first impression and if I could have got my money back and able to book another hotel that we could afford...I POSITIVELY would have. I hope to see an improvement that in the breakfast area and in the food and selection of food. If this hotel would do whats right by refunding the money we spent to book the hotel for the 2 days, that would at least speak of the good character of a business person that now owns the Baymont in Tullahoma. A good business owner will continue to take money in and have constant income for years to come when they are more concerned about the people they serve & momentarily home, instead of being more concerned about serving themselves and loading their wallet. I understand people have to make money....but if a business continues to run negatively...then it's just short money. I do hope that you take this as structural criticism and do what's right by our family and refund or give us a free stay for 3 days....AFTER YOU HAVE COMPLETED renovations/remodeling of the hotel.and hope you hire new people to maintain the hotel's cleaning & sanitatizing and daily upkeep of the hotel. I do sincerely hope your new endeavor with the Baymont Hotrl flourishes. Thank you much & God Bless.

Beds are on spring platform & squeak when you move. Large bags of garbage are left by back door. The shower drain was clogged so you stood in water, the breakfast was minimal & the pool area was dirty.
