    The room was as advertised. The only issue I had (beside the ants) was that the fridge would not work during the day when the room access card was in my pocket and I was out of the room. Why have a fridge, then? When I arrived, they first tried to give me a depressing windowless room that was not the room I had booked. Then, they asked me to cancel my reservation so that they could cut Agoda out of its part. It was midnight and I felt a bit pressured. I didn't appreciate that at all.

    Stayed for 4 nights at 500k VND per night, booked through Agoda. Location is fantastic, located close to the city center, and about a 5 min walk from the beach. Check-in was seamless, just showed passport and booking ID to get the key card. You have to leave the key card with the front desk every time you head out, but apparently that's the norm in SEA. Staff were all friendly and extremely polite. We had some minor difficulties communicating, but still no problems despite my complete lack of Vietnamese ability. The room was pretty clean and had all the essentials. There was A/C available but I found the weather in Nha Trang perfect so I just left the window open. No hot water for the shower though. Only complaint is that the toilet paper was not well stocked, and the soap/shampoo were nearly empty. One thing to note is payment was done at check-out, and it's cash only. So I had to run to an ATM to get more cash since it was the end of my trip and I had run through my cash already. That's a me problem though, just a heads up for others. Overall value and location is great, easy to recommend.
