Everything went well, and the process was very simple, so check-in and check-out were both smooth.
All the staff were very friendly and supportive, which made me feel reassured.
However, there were two things I wasn’t satisfied with.
One was that I found a cigarette package in the bin in my room, which made me question whether the room had been properly cleaned.
The other was that there weren’t clear signs in the hallway, and it felt like a maze, so I found it difficult to find the lobby.
Other than that, I was satisfied with my stay!

This hotel’s location is a definite plus, as it’s extremely close to the Felix bus stop, making travel really convenient. Also, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and luggage storage was offered with great ease, which was a nice touch.
However, the rest of the experience was highly disappointing and even concerning. Staying on the 5th floor, I had to put up with extremely low water pressure—the flow was so weak that taking a shower was incredibly inconvenient and a big hassle. What’s far worse, a stranger (maybe the staff) opened my room door with a key card at 9 a.m. during my stay, which reveals a severe security flaw of the hotel. Such a serious safety issue is completely unacceptable and has left me with a terrible overall impression.
