    just because it's affordable does not mean it should not be clean. the base of the toilet was filthy and the walls in the bath need cleaning everything else was fine .left before breakfast.

    The hotel was very basic but very clean. When we arrived the staff was busy vacuuming the hallways and cleaning the rooms. The breakfast was basic but was enough to get you going. The staff were okay but not overly friendly. The location was great! You are close to North Syracuse and Clay. They accept pets for 25 dollars a day. All in all I would return there again.

    I have stayed here a few times and see that they are trying to improve the property but they are still missing the mark. I arrived and my room door had the deadbolt set to hold the room open which is a security concern. I was told that they do that they do this and then lock the door after cleaning is inspected. They must not have inspected my room given that it had a dirty try by the ice maker with food debris and a hair on it. The office chair was broken with only one arm attached and it wasn't usable. I am glad I didn't have any work to do on this stay or it would have been a problem. The TV remote's battery cover was missing, and the room had a faint smell of smoke like it was previously a smoking room. These rooms still have sleeper loveseats that aren saggy and need to be replaced. They aren't really something you can actually sit on comfortably. The elevator had a cigarette butt on the floor. Overall there were just a lot of little issues that pull this below what i would expect from a 3 star hotel. It is more like a 2 star hotel right now.
