    Had booked for 3 nights but had to leave after the 2nd night. My grand daughter collapsed and fell in the bathroom while having bath as the gas leaked from thd cylinder used got heating water in the geyser... We had to rush her to cmc hospital in Ranipet a 8 hours drive. We ate still in the hospital and our grand daughter is recovering. I have asked agoda to refund our last days stay...so far I have not heard from them.

    The property offers beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere, surrounded by lush tea gardens. It is calm, serene, and perfect for a relaxing stay. The rooms and overall property experience were good. However, the approach road to the property is quite narrow and may require some guidance while reaching there, as only one car can pass through the route at a time.

    Very disappointed with the food. Quality was extremely poor, taste was bad, and on top of that the food was served 1–1.5 hours late. Completely unacceptable for a resort. Needs serious improvement.
