We booked a double room for Rs. 4,800. However, the bathroom was not cleaned, and most of the fittings were broken. The washbasin was dirty, and there was no hot water, shampoo, or conditioner provided. Although we booked the room for two people, the amenities were only provided for oone.
You can find better options at a cheaper price in Thiruvananthapuram. I never expected such a terrible experience from a 3-star hotel. We booked a room with breakfast included, but the breakfast was a disaster – the idlis were sticky and poorly prepared.The dining hall had a bad smell and was infested with flies.
