Great place and huge rooms. Pool is deep and large also. You can see the ocean from the balcony and the beautiful sunsets. The staff are always smiling and helpful. Thanks guys. We are loving it here

I stayed at Chill Hotel for two nights and I want to share my honest experience. On Google it is advertised as a five star hotel, but in reality this is not a hotel and certainly not a five star property. Chill Hotel is a serviced apartment complex with studio units, and I would strongly request the management to correct the listing so that guests know exactly what they are booking.
That said, the location is fantastic. It is right on Seminyak Beach, just a short 50 meter walk to the sand and only five minutes to La Plancha and other beachside restaurants. The setting is quiet and peaceful with no noise disturbances, which made my stay very relaxing.
Even though it is not a five star hotel, the service here truly feels five star. The staff are professional, polite, and went out of their way to help me. From reception to housekeeping, every person I met was kind and genuine. I want to give a big shout out to Made, Ega, Wayan, Ari, and Arte for making my stay memorable.
The facilities are impressive. The swimming pool is large and inviting. My studio was spacious, more like a small house than a hotel room, with a big balcony that gave me plenty of space to unwind. The food was good, and I appreciated thoughtful touches like having a scale in the room to weigh myself or my luggage. There is even a doctor available on call, which adds peace of mind.
Overall, Chill Hotel may not be a five star hotel as advertised, but it delivers five star service and hospitality. I will definitely return to Seminyak and stay here.
