    Checked in the room .. room wasn't ready put us on another room .. 10 mins later someone came in our room ... than we get home at night our door won't let us in .. no coffee .. music playing till 230 am ... bad night

    Inaccurate information about on-site restaurant. Most gym equipment was broken and not as displayed on website. The hotel rented their space to a large, private party that violated their own quiet hour policy and brought a questionable crowd into the hotel. Not private feeling. But the front desk staff’s response to my questions about these concerns is what disappointed me the most. Please treat hotel guests with more respect. Especially when the hotel did not notify us that there would be so many disturbances.

    Little dusty like the toilet paper holder but overall still clean I think. Wall clock not working, landline had no dial tone but TV works and WiFi was good. Little warm when we entered room and took few hours to get comfortably cool. It is also just first week of April, so not too bad. Wasn’t very busy since it was midweek-ish, really liked that. Like most hotels you can hear the clanking and knocking and hallway chatter but the built in white noise (machine? install?) was awesome.

    Although the hotel room was aesthetically pleasing, they could work on cleanliness. The bed sheets had a stain on them and the decorative pillow smelled like pee. The walls are also very thin, and you can hear everything from neighboring rooms
