    I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts to warn other potential guests. The room I booked did not match the description on the website and was not suitable for three people. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they were unhelpful and dismissive, showing little concern for my situation. The staff was incredibly slow in addressing the issue, and my child ended up falling asleep on the floor while we waited for a proper room. After wasting a significant amount of time trying to resolve the problem, I ultimately had to cancel my reservation and find another hotel. This experience not only ruined my holiday but also caused unnecessary stress and frustration for my family. If you’re considering this hotel, I strongly advise you to think twice. The lack of professionalism and customer care is alarming, and I cannot recommend staying here. PS breakfast had huge variety but much worse than other 5 stars hotel in Chengdu.

    Gym was supposed to be 24 hours but air conditioning switched off even when people were still exercising.
