    We arrived at almost 10 pm and was greeted by a grumpy receptionist with an attitude. It was totally unpleasant. The room was on the first floor with broken window locks which made us concerned about safety. There was a party in the main hall of the hotel which was super loud and went till over 10 pm, which we had to conplain to get it to end. Not good if you want rest. Better check if they have events going on before booking. The manager seemed nice but not helpful. Just empty words and empty apologies. The good thing about it is the room was clean.

    Chitty breakfast, cheap biscuit for morning 5 choices of selections everythings serve with 1 egg, no fruits. Coffee just okay.

    the rooms are still small, the single beds narrow. Not better then a run of the mill local place you find all over Thailand. The name "GRAND" is missleading and has outlived itself by at least 40 years.
