If you want to be away from the city but not so far to get to the city and even closer to the airport then this is the hotel to be. Quiet area but close to many eateries, 711's, shopping mall and the incredible Train Night Markets. The rooftop pool is cool too. I highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely come back.

I am currently in the middle of a 16-night booking (Oct 28 – Nov 13), and I am writing this in absolute disbelief. Since the moment I checked in, I have regretted choosing this hotel. I am honestly at the point where I want to cancel the rest of my stay because I cannot sleep here anymore.
The experience started badly. The moment I walked into the lobby, the entire hotel smelled like dog feces. It was overwhelming. When I got to my room on the 6th floor, I hoped the smell would fade, but the room was filthy. There were cockroaches everywhere in the bathroom, in the cupboards, and crawling around the room. The toilet seat is broken.
The breaking point came when I was asleep and woke up to a cockroach crawling across my forehead. It scared the life out of me. In the morning, I also found strange plastic material under my mattress and immediately reported the infestation and the plastic to the receptionist.
They moved me to the 7th floor, but the nightmare continues. This new room is covered in dog hair on the table, on top of the mini-fridge, and all over the floor. It is clear the housekeeping is non-existent. To make matters worse, there are small insects on the bed and more cockroaches.
I have paid to stay here for over two weeks, but this is unsanitary and unacceptable. I am begging management to cancel my booking. And I want a full refund. Do not stay here unless you want to share a bed with insects.
