You are able to cook inside but make sure to clean up before you go or they will charge you. Room is spacious and clean, its convenient to go about in Oslo.

We had 2 bed rooms apartment and none of the room had proper ventilation. Whole apartment was like an oven. Windows and balcony door cannot be keep open by itself, one had to hold them all the time which is practically impossible.
Now toilet, in the shower place, the glasses do not close properly. While taking shower, water spill all over the toilet floor. Hair dryer didn't work properly, it stopped working in every 1 minutes.
Kitchen:- they provided crockery but no cutlery. How funny. They have given us the most top floor room but didn't tell us that they don't have elevator. Anyhoo the way to our room and the stairs were so dirty.
I don't recommend this place to anyone.

The apartment was extremely hot, with no air conditioning, which made our stay very uncomfortable. They also do not provide basic necessities such as napkins, coffee, or even garbage bags unless you go to another building and ask for them.
Another major issue is the garbage. No one comes to collect it or clearly explains what you are supposed to do with it—you have to figure out yourself where and how to dispose of it.
The entrance to the building is also very complicated and inconvenient, especially for taxis, Uber, or food deliveries. Drivers had difficulty finding the correct entrance and reaching us.
The fire alarm was another serious problem. It went off early in the morning and scared us. When we called, we were initially told that someone was cooking. The next day, it happened again. When I went to the receptionist, I was told there was actually a problem with the fire alarm system and that they would try to fix it.
Because the apartment was so hot and there was no AC, we had no choice but to open the windows for fresh air. However, the windows do not have insect screens, so bugs and insects easily come inside. At the very least, the windows should have insect screens (window screens) to prevent bugs from entering, especially when there is no air conditioning and guests need to keep the windows open.
When we complained about these issues, nothing was really done to resolve them.
Overall, the lack of AC, basic supplies, garbage service, window screens, the confusing building entrance, repeated fire alarms, and poor response to complaints made our stay very frustrating and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this apartment unless these issues are addressed.
