    Staff r very friendly. Location wise is way too far into the mountain. 20 mins drive from the bottom of the mountain. We encounter falling rocks and fast drivers throughout. Super dark too.. way up to park ur car can be very challenging. Room is pretty decent except tat I hope they clean more thoroughly the bathroom. Wld not visit the 2nd time though

    Spacious hot spring tub enough for couple, but the water is not hot enough, room seems outdated and not much outdoor facilities, but the staff are friendly, the bed is nice to sleep, breakfast is a la carte but all you can eat, do recommend to pick the chinese selection, we enjoyed looking around the hanging artworks, quite different from other resorts, and a big plus is the welcoming cat

    Overall the staff were quite helpful, I had to leave early on the check out date and they are super helpful and kindly prepared a packed breakfast for takeaway which is super thoughtful and much appreciated! The hotel could benefit from some maintenance upgrades for the bathing area inside the room.
