I will start my review by saying I am biased as I had a negative experience upon arrival so please factor that into you decision when reading my review. Unfortunately, when we did arrive, our reservation was somehow lost, even though I had already prepaid and had arrived early (1 hour prior to check-in). It was not until well after our check-in time of 2pm where we were able to get in connect with our host Marizel and she was able to start the process of cleaning the room to make it ready for us. All in all, we had to wait 3 hours for the room to be ready with only 1 of those hours being because we arrived early. Also, there is a HIDDEN FEE for this place of 750 pesos which I guess covers cleaning? It is ridiculous whatever it is for as that's essentially half of what I paid for the entire room. This fee should really be mentioned in the Ad itself or included in the cost online. Marizel is nice to speak with and accommodating so I will give her a compliment there. The room itself though is average and nothing to write positively about. The water in the shower is hot and the air conditioning works. There are cockroaches so be ready for that and the stove burners in our unit did not work. The pool requires a reservation, but the water is warm and while small, it is a nice pool. Overall, this place is fine to stay for a day or two, but I would not make this someplace to stay long term. Use it to walk to terminal 3 like we did as it's a quick 5-minute walk to the Manilla Runway.

We have been booking for several times but this is the first time we have encountered to PAY AGAIN after processing our payment of PhP 1200 in Agoda. Upon checking in we were asked for payment personally inside the room for about 700 pesos for cleaning fee and another 145 pesos for something we forgot. And then We Paid for 1k again and did not received our change. That sums for a thousand plus pesos payment in agoda, and a thousand pesos personally to the person incharge of the room.
But it doesn’t ends there. We booked for two persons but only received 1 piece of towel, and no other amenities such as shampoo, soap, and toothbrush and toothpaste. Further, the room doesn’t seem clean at all, the floor was sticky and the pillows smell.
Lastly, the woman said to fix the internet connection and will get back at us. But she NEVER CAME BACK and there was NO INTERNET.
Overall, it was a HORRIBLE and WORST experience for us.
