    We are not inform that we need to pay additional amount aside from the price paid thru agoda. A mandatory add on payment is needed which was not stipulated in the confirmation of the booking.

    Upon arrival, the owner claimed that Agoda did not collect a required fee. No documentation was provided. We could not get the key unless we paid extra. It was late and I needed a hotel after turning around from a flooded NLEX so I gave the money to get the key. Agoda, why do you keep this in your roster? They won't abide by your published rates. I was entrapped with the good rate on Agoda, followed by a "required fee" by the owner.

    We have been booking for several times but this is the first time we have encountered to PAY AGAIN after processing our payment of PhP 1200 in Agoda. Upon checking in we were asked for payment personally inside the room for about 700 pesos for cleaning fee and another 145 pesos for something we forgot. And then We Paid for 1k again and did not received our change. That sums for a thousand plus pesos payment in agoda, and a thousand pesos personally to the person incharge of the room. But it doesn’t ends there. We booked for two persons but only received 1 piece of towel, and no other amenities such as shampoo, soap, and toothbrush and toothpaste. Further, the room doesn’t seem clean at all, the floor was sticky and the pillows smell. Lastly, the woman said to fix the internet connection and will get back at us. But she NEVER CAME BACK and there was NO INTERNET. Overall, it was a HORRIBLE and WORST experience for us.
