Unfortunately, my experience with this accommodation was very disappointing. No towels were provided, even after I contacted the property to request them.
Prior to check-in, I emailed the property asking for the online check-in link but received no response. I didn’t think much of it at the time, but when I arrived at approximately 11:30 pm, I found myself locked out of the accommodation and unable to check in.
I tried contacting the property numerous times for assistance, but despite keeping my messages polite and neutral, I received responses that came across as unnecessarily snarky and unhelpful. I also received a message after the checkout time asking which room I was staying in, which added to the confusion and lack of professionalism.
Throughout my communication with the accommodation, there was a noticeable lack of empathy, communication, and basic hospitality. I have never felt the need to write a negative review before, but I was genuinely shocked by how unprofessional the experience was. Guests should be able to expect clear communication, reasonable assistance, and a basic level of hospitality, none of which I felt I received during my stay.
