    Great location. Close to many beaches and restaurants. Having 2 bathrooms and a full-size washer and dryer in a one bedroom unit was a bonus. Well manicured lawns and shrubs/palm trees. Would definitely recommend staying here.

    Not so much value for money. If you are looking for a property by the beach it is not the best for the money paid.
