    The title and this review may sound cliché or fabricated, but we must say that it is a great place to stay. We stayed in Castelo between the 7th and the 8th of July’26. We had travelled to Kochi for some purpose, but that purpose did not work out. We did not regret it; in fact, it looked as if we wanted to be so because we could spend all the time in the hotel! Everything is A+ for this dwelling place, like its location (by the side of high way), amenities, food, cleanliness, service, and the pricing. From the outside, the property looks small and compact, not very jazzy, but every inch of the property has been done with great care and professionalism. Rooms are very big and spacious, and the bathroom is spotlessly clean. The staff is all there to make you feel more than at-home. We thought we would call out some of them, but dropped naming anyone because it would be unfair to those who are not being named. One reason for the overall great experience could be that the property is a comparatively new one. We hope and wish that they maintain it so pristine for years to come… Thank you, Team Castelo Inn! Keep it up!!

    The rooms were not cleaned prior to check in, super dusty. Even the corridors were dirty till the next morning when we checked out.
