Lovely place with gorgeous grounds, fantastic staff, especially Rocio and Evelyn. Rooms are tastefully furnished, comfortable and spacious but some heating was needed for nighttime - it can quite cold. Dinner was excellent, breakfast was a little limited but adequate. The only downside to this place was the fact it is off a busy road and opposite a large industrial estate.

This truly felt like you were being welcomed into someones beautiful homestead. The hospitality is so genuine and personable that I have never experienced anything like it. It’s rustic, simple, yet that is the charm and they can assist you with anything you need. They cook all of the food from scratch in a very farm to table fashion, and it’s very fresh and delicious. Its also within walking distance to a very nice tavern/taberna with music and lively areas. The highlight of the hospitality was when my luggage was lost, and one of the staff members Rosa offered to drive me all the way to the malls in Vina del Mar and assisted in my entire shopping trip- from applying her local store discounts, helping translate at the shops and even bringing us to get the local chilean dish at the mall. The kindness and service at this place is beyond amazing and it will be a very special stay for you

Unfortunately we cannot accept paying *** per night for this level of accommodation. The staff are friendly but there is a lack of care in the service and maintenence standard. Maybe *** per night and you could put up with the standard of facilities. Gardens are nice and food okay but lacks many other expected facilities. No Internet in room, no fridge or water in room, no TV. no coffee or tea in room etc. Pool not maintained properly and cleanliness of pool area is poor
