Safe neighborhood, clean place. Just don’t get your hopes too high on swimming pools- the one downstairs is out of order, the one on the top- not particularly charming. The sink in my room was leaking and that got fixed. Otherwise great to have your own kitchenette, the beds are comfortable and the staff is helpful and nice. You need to ask for iron and ironing board and sometimes they don’t have enough (esp in evenings). I will stay there again

Small boutique hotel in a perfect location in Recoleta. Clean and comfortable.

Very friendly staff. Good room. Good location Terrible state of the spa, it looks abandoned. The rooftop is not very well entertained. Globally a very good hotel despite a few downsides, mainly regarding the spa

Perfect location but the floors were not clean at all. After taking our socks off our feet would be black from the unmopped floors. For the price it can’t be beat but there’s a give and take.
