Had an amazing stay, only downside was that the pool was closed, which in July, was a significant disappointment

Our first time at this hotel and we loved the location. Our room was smaller than anticipated and it was on a lower level so a bit noisy at night. The rooms were clean and nice but the bathroom grout was old. Overall clean nice hotel in a fantastic location with a wonderful breakfast buffet.

Disappointing.
Both rooms I was given were very noisy, with significant street disturbance. The second room was also noticeably tired, with worn furnishings and scuffed floors.
Staff were curt and unhelpful when I raised concerns, which made the situation more frustrating.
Not the standard I expected.
