    Great location and amenities, staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Rooms were spacious and spotless, with lots of 5 star touches (turn down service and chocolates on your bed every night!), will definitely be back to stay again!

    Had an amazing stay, only downside was that the pool was closed, which in July, was a significant disappointment

    Disappointing. Both rooms I was given were very noisy, with significant street disturbance. The second room was also noticeably tired, with worn furnishings and scuffed floors. Staff were curt and unhelpful when I raised concerns, which made the situation more frustrating. Not the standard I expected.
