We stayed 2 nights as a family and loved it!
It is sooo cute. Very kid-friendly! It is a unique concept.
The staff is magnificent!! Everyone was just so nice and helpful.
All of the tiny details from corner table protectors, to slippers and toothbrushes, notepad, mugs, etc. Even the tiles in the bathroom! Every single thing is on theme! It was all very clean as well. In the three amigas pink themed room, there is a big balcony with a lovely view of the trees.
The pool is deep on the far end with the slide and on the other side it has a shallower end; and then super shallow section for toddlers.
Plenty of floaties and items around for kids to swim with. They even have baby/toddler floaties.
The outdoor playground and trampoline is a nice addition.
There is a little bar where you can order food and drinks.
For adults, there is an indoor and outdoor gym next to the indoor play place (they have blocks, an assortment of costumes, and other toys.) The saunas and spa massage room are also in the same location. Very thoughtfully placed. There is a lounge area in front of the indoor playplace.
Poolside, we had the beef and chicken burger, as well as the twisted fried potato.
The chicken burger was really great. The beef burger had some gristle inside; it needed to be minced a bit more thoroughly. I also had the Mediterranean plate, which was delicious. The kids meals come in a very cute lunchbox.
They have vegan/vegetarian items as well. The coffee (oat milk) is also excellent here.
The cafe has fans going. The rooms are very well air conditioned and the indoor play room has an air conditioner as well. The resort is mostly open-air. The lounge area next to the kids place needs some fans for air flow.
The capybaras are calm and eat vegetables. We came here because our kid loves those animals. She loved feeding them.
Entry and food to the capybaras is included if you stay at the hotel. Unlimited! As well as access to play areas, pool, gym, and saunas. The in-room massage was really nice and relaxing. They had discounts for hotel guests. The in-room option is a really good idea if you have your kids with you.
I am very happy they accommodated our request for breakfast. A simple croissant and scrambled eggs. The croissant was incredibly fresh and toasted. Eggs were perfectly cooked. There was also fruit on the side. The fruit was fantastic. 10/10. The staff really goes above and beyond, I really appreciate it.
The balcony could use a small chair or two for sitting. There isn't much natural light into the room. The bonus is it stays really cool in there even without AC, so no complaints.
But the view is gorgeous from the balcony. Just tall trees and greenery. We enjoyed having our room service foods there. Especially breakfast.
It's hard to find places that are truly for kids. I am so impressed with the amenities and vibe. It's just nice to see such a beautiful and comfortable resort keep kids and parents in mind.
