    We were allowed for early check-in, loved the room, the terrace, the breakfast, swimming pool, Sauna, and the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Overall we loved our stay. The hotel is located at centre of Goreme. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby to explore.

    Everything was well-thought. The design of the rooms and hotel in general were nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was clean and we had all we needed. Although we couldn’t enjoy the terrace enough because of reconstruction, we had a nice breakfast in a neighboring restaurant and that was good as well. The location is perfect, the hotel was not on the hill, so you can access it easily. As it was central, everything around is also easy to reach, within walking distance. The only problem is parking, they had space only for four cars and it was full. But the staff helped us to show another place nearby. I guess parking problem is applicable for all the hotels. We also bought hot air balloon rides, and we didn’t have any issues. We enjoyed it very much. The price for balloon ride was good as it was in the season. The staff were helpful and always kind. Thank you for everything and your hospitality, we would definitely stay again in this hotel if we come again.

    We didn't have a good experience in their cave suite the cooling wasn't on point it was hot fact they have one small ac in a big cave suite. When I asked them to resolve it they said it is what it is after which I requested them for a fan. Which is not what you expect after paying for a suite. Nor was there anyone during checkout to help us out with our bags. Really substandard for all the hype.

    The hotel itself is beautiful, but unfortunately the staff have no idea what they are doing. They agree to everything you ask, but never actually follow through. We stayed for 4 days, and despite multiple requests, our room was never cleaned once. We even had to go to reception just to ask for basic items like shower gel. When I asked the staff member in charge of tours about the pink salt lake, she incorrectly told me it was about 5 hours away near Ankara, which was completely misleading. Instead of providing helpful recommendations, they seemed more focused on selling their own tours. Overall, the hotel facilities are nice, but the service was extremely disappointing and unprofessional
