Accused me of stealing a deposit. No substantial proof (because it never happened, hence the accusation) and was confirmed by staff that it did not happen. Manager proceeded to deduct this from staff check, which was unjust.
Nevertheless, I’m being approached as if I had stolen something and as if I owe for something that never occurred.
Meanwhile I would frequently stay and consistently showed may value as a customer. But that accusation is foul play and disrespectful to a frequently paying customer who shows loyalty. Yet, management is stealing from the staff through pay deductions unjustifiably, You also held my deposit and said it was due to some fee that was not addressed to me professionally.
Upon reading a history of reviews, this seems to be a pattern of the management here. Bummer. But now I sees it is in fact true and that is terrible for business.
My advice is if you stay to take advantage of any third party deal, don’t allow them to know how much you’ve paid third party (because they will try to inquire and get the price raised and say they are not being paid enough which is a lie)
The place was not a terrible stay but no one should be accused of stealing with no proof and to have to be approached by the staff saying management took something from their check due to this accusation. Who does this?
So again, if you stay run through this place. Get in, get out. and don’t expect courtesy. pay deposit in cash and get everything in writing.
