    Room 31 - 1. the bed was not a king it was a very uncomfortable (& really old) queen. 2. They were happy to allow us to check in earlier but the bathroom basin continuously leaked, the guy gave us more towels but we ended up putting the rubbish bin under it, we had to empty it at least 5 times into the shower. The guy drives a porsche but didn't want to get a weekend plumber out, his solution was towels yet the bathroom floor was so wet it reached the carpet. There was a noodle pack down the back of the cupboard with the fridge, a coffee milk with an expiry date of 21/2/25 (today is 9/3/25) behind the top mattress - I took it to claim the 10c! There is also multiple bottle tops & a Tim Tam packet under the bed - it's not my place to clean it so I left it. We only had 1 big plate, 1 small plate, 2 spoons & 1 fork for 2 people & most of the tea bags were old/damaged/opened & we had to move the microwave to next to the tv as the power point where it was did not work, also all appliances were to be tested on 23/1/25 - I have photos of everything, if I could actually get through to Agoda I would make a formal complaint. If it wasn't for having prepaid through Agoda I would have walked out but felt we had no choice but to stay as I didn't have additional funds to go elsewhere. Another thing they're 'renovating' the room next door so there was drilling into the wall. There was also a single bed, not sure why but the end went up so your feet were higher than the rest of you. Not sure if the man over the way (different to the guy that checked us in) permanently lives there but we got back from seeing family & he made me extremely uncomfortable & I'm not sure if it was him but someone in the rooms opposite (it's kind of like an apartment block so couldn't work out where he went in & who it was) but someone was losing their shit, screaming & carrying on. Oh I nearly forgot the car parked in front of our room, it has not been moved in months, it looks abandoned with the about of foliage sitting on the front window, oh & my companion went for a smoke outside & the bushes were full of rats. DO NOT recommend, we've stayed there previously but gave the benefit of a doubt as our kids like the double storey townhouse that we've stayed in but yeah NEVER again, I can still hear the damn dripping in my head even though we left hours ago!

    Broken into and tv smashed and taken. 2 broken window no security or lock wood block U have to jam into door. And a padlock to go on outside. If no padlock door can be. Open. To easily

    Room was clean in main areas but not in corners & skirting boards. Comfortable bed., hot shower. Good for a short stay
