It's a very nice place. Some tents are very far away from the main restaurant. It just depends on what category of tent you book. They are all nice, but some have a toilet with running water and the lowest category has a chemical-toilet. Overall a very nice experience. The restaurant was one of the better ones we visited in Morocco. If you want to experience the Agafay desert this is a very nice way to do it. A side note, one of the guys at the reception was really unfriendly and arrogant, he should have this kind of attitude with his mom, not with the quests!
