Room changed to one with no window at last minute with no expIation. Just told I could cancel if I wanted. I got bitten by bed bugs. The corridors are extremely narrow (rooms shoehorned into the building) and there didn’t appear to be a fire escape on the upper floors.

Terrible moldy room with no windows, very unclear instructions (first we got a room where somebody was already sleeping) then we got another but this one was super dirty, we left because we didn’t want to sleep in black mold, didn’t get a refund so lost about *** + the price of rebooking somewhere else.
