    the entire hotel is rotten, mold in the bathroom, no proper room lighting, dirt everywhere, only the bed was good. no decoration at all, this was my worst experience ever in Sao Paulo. by far too expensive for what you get. breakfast was over-crouded and buffet empty. poor selection at buffet.

    They gave us a wrinkled , dirty comforter! When i informed them they apologize and changed it but clearly they did not clean well the room! The room was very small and old. You can even hear people walking, talking and entering the elevator from the room! The only good thing is the location but the rest is not worth!
