Bản thân ks khá ok, vì là ks mới xây dựng nên mọi thứ còn mới. Tuy nhiên gia đình mình gặp vấn đề khi đến, nhà bên cạnh đang khoan đục. Mình đến lúc 13h30, và mình đã phản ánh với lễ tân là mình k thể chấp nhận khi họ khoan liên tục k nghỉ thế đc, nhưng bạn lễ tân nói do chị book qua agoda nên em k hỗ trợ đc, và mình buộc phải ở 1 đêm ở đó cho agoda giải quyết.
Ks nằm ở dãy liền kề nên k có bể bơi, ăn sáng cg là set menu chứ k phải buffe. Phòng ks khá nóng, mặc dù đã bật điều hoà và quạt max. Ks có hỗ trợ bổ sung 1 quạt nữa, việc này mình đánh giá là tốt, nhưng nếu đông khách thì chắc sẽ k hopx trợ đc. Và thêm 1 thông tin nữa cho các bạn là ks này năm ở dãy 1 loạt các ks khác đều đang cb xây dựng hoặc hoàn thiện, nên việc bị ảnh hưởng bởi tiếng ồn do các căn khác xây dựng là việc bất khả kháng và họ cg k thể can thiệp đc. Vì vây nếu cần sự yên tĩnh thì bạn nên chọn vị trí khác.

I love how this hotel put lots of efforts in setting up a really cozy vibe in this hotel. It's a fusion between fancy modern with ancient Hue style, the yellow lights combined with wooden facilities made a whole experience super cozy. The staffs are so friendly and helpful. The facilities are new and so comfy. Take note that this is 10 min far away from the center but it's super near to the biggest mall in town so it's quite perfect mix for me since 10 min driving is not really a problem.
