Mi estadía fue corta pero muy agradable y en lo poco que estuve había buena onda en el ambiente. Los espacios están muy bien, la cocina tiene lo necesario y sirven un buen desayuno. Está cerca de la estación de tren y buses.

1. Security
Everything works on 4digit codes . Obviously codes are permanent and that therefore create issues just for the guests . I was given the room that has a door to the garden and it wasnt locking automatically. Anyone could walk in. When the owner tried to show me how to lock she blocked the door and it was no way out.
2. Things seem to be very disorganised there . The receptionist works till 8 pm but they say they are available 24/7 on the phone. However, when i was trying to reach them over the phone at 12 am to solve an issue , nobody picked up the phone . I couldnt lock my things in the locker , cause the key was absent ( and you cant use your locker either ), so i mean little things here and there dont work and support is ineffective too.
3. Rooms are so tiny and crowded with poor ventilation . I mean i get its business but people stink really badly. If you pack people like sardines please provide towels at least so they could take a shower.
Beds are so close to each other that theres no place to put shoes aside.
Volunteers do a great job
A cat and a dog make it bearable to stay there.
Overall , i had a feeling that things aren't very well thought. Its always crisis management and somewhat irritation
