Effectively unstaffed with access provided by security codes. Minor problems I had (my own fault) were speedily resolved. Room was compact, comfortable and well equipped. Very close to the station and a short walk into Cambridge itself.

All is good, but need to be aware of the online check-in. Suggest phone them earlier during the daytime. Anyway, everything is good.

Good location for Cambridge University, well-equipped (including air conditioner) and spacious. But this place is really weak for soundproofing so I can literally hear the sound from next door and outside streets as well.

Checked in for a night on the same day as we did not expect to be finishing our errands in Cambridge so late.. no confirmation email for the details of check in.. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR COMMUNICATION! Only spoken to man over the Ring doorbell with poor connection as he gave us the code for our room. Came to the room, with flooding from the toilet and something dripping from the toilet I almost slipped. Called the hotel number and same man spoke to me and said to just go to Room 26 instead. We cannot find it as his instructions is to just go upstairs and when we reach the top floor, the highest floor only showed us Room 9. He keeps insisting just go to the top floor. Does he even know the layout of the hotel?? After the frustrating call, he sent someone. Went to the the other side of the hotel, and there we find Room 26, with the code for the room NOT WORKING, no bath mat, and empty body wash container - all reported but no response. I just gave up out of frustration as it is almost midnight already. The guy has not picked up my calls when I tried to ask for the code on the main door and for providing the things we need. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND FRUSTRATING!!!
