This resort is amazingly beautiful and accommodating! We had a great time and I couldn't ask for more! Insane value for the price!

The place offers pool, restaurant, open spaces. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. The street to get to the hotel is very narrow and it is not in good shape. There are not many activities beside the pool and karaoke. They offer free breakfast, but ours was ice cold. You can request breakfast from the restaurant but you have to pay extra. The hotel was a little crowded and a bit noisy for a Holy week. The karaoke is very popular (guests are singing since the morning until night).

Pros: -Located at the back of taal volcanoe, -An open space type of balcony to view the lake -Has 1 big rattan swingset you can lay down on -Has 2 pools Cons: - No wifi every rooms, just in specific places (Their office, the hallway, and at the restaurant) -No elevators (Hotel has 4 floors and a rooftop) -Temperature is hot around 9am-9pm (Based off experience) -Terrible Attitude of One Specific Staff (Lets call her grace) -No food/water in rooms (No food service at night but there is a restaurant service that ends at 7:30pm) 2 Stars

The view is wonderful from room, but there was no kettle, no hair dryer, the shower drain was closed and the silicone layer under the shower wall is detached from floor. so the entire bathroom was soaking wet. The secondary drain was clogged and looks like it is full of hair, which I am not going to clean myself. The pool was nice, but very slippery on the stairs, I slipped and hurt myself getting into the pool the first time. And saw others have the same fate a few hours later. The breakfast is served cold, and when we arrived on Friday more than half the menu was unavailable.. Including drinks / milkshakes.
