    The most serious issue, however, was the poor quality and lack of safety of the room facilities and electrical equipment. We experienced a dangerous problem with the shower water heater: the Residual Current Circuit Breaker (RCCB) was broken, and there was no Equipment Grounding Conductor. This created a serious risk of electric shock, as we could not even safely switch off the heater while taking a shower. We requested to change rooms, but the hotel claimed that it was fully booked and could not arrange another room for us. As we arrived close to midnight, we had no practical option to move to another hotel. The hotel should never make a room with faulty or potentially dangerous electrical equipment available for guests to book. The breakfast was also very disappointing in both quality and quantity. Each guest received only one small bowl of boiled rice with minced pork and some simple bread, which was far below our expectations. The hotel does not have an elevator, making it inconvenient for elderly guests and travelers with heavy luggage. Overall, we strongly do not recommend this hotel. The safety issues with the room facilities are particularly concerning and should be addressed immediately.
