    My Antie her flight delayed due to thunderstorm in Haneda air port.I already told the front in staff that I will go to Haneda to pick her up in the air port on that night of September 11,pass 18:40pm.He didn’t told me that they close in the entrance door at no stop in front check out.We arrived pass 2:30 am.The hotel is dark and nobody inside.We call but no body answer.We are tried and no accommodation.this hotel is not good for the late customer coz no information or return call to me as well.Thanks for your email how I wish they will return our money back.My Auntie she feel soo bad.Bad acomodation.
