Such great value for the cost! I had a private room with a bathroom for a price that would usually only get you a capsule or dormitory bed. The rooms are basic but seem fairly recently renovated and are very clean. The location is extremely convenient, right across the street from JR Matsuyama station and a 4 min walk to the nearest tram stop. There seems to be only one person running the entire hotel, from the front desk to cleaning rooms to breakfast---he must be spread very thin, but he was very kind and even let me check in early. He also made my breakfast (zosui) which was delicious. The only downside was that it could get noisy as sound carries easily from the hall and the sound of running water from showers upstairs was also loud. But easily solved with earplugs! And for this price, I have no complaints.

all is fine, except the staf at that day, seems like he don't have a mood to work. just take my document to process, and just like that, look me with a poker face, empty feeling.
Don't miss out! Price and availability may change
