    - The only good point of this hotel is that is very close to one bus stop. Is also just 30 minutes from Busan Station and 6 minutes walking to the Songdo Cable Car. - The check in time is 6 pm, so be aware that if you come early to Busan you'll not be able to leave your baggage until that time making it very uncomfortable to travel. - The staff can't speak English at all and don't know about Agoda reservations made by foreigners so it was a bit hard to communicate. - The VIP room is very spacious however looks old and poorly cleaned. The seeling shower was very dirty, I was afraid to take a shower there. Also there was a strong cigarette smell in the room. - The hotel is right next to the highway so the "city view" is not too pretty.

    Is actually a nice place but I had a problem and not able to communicate it to anybody. I am an electrician - the toilet seat gives electrical shocks. I thought it may be difficult communicating this but there is no means. Theres a hole in the wall but you can not see the person in there. Using a translater app I asked for an email address. The person impatiently waved me away. There is no email address advertised anywhere, not on their business card. I didnt want to leave a bad review but what am I to do? Anyway if you pass this to a competent electrician you may save some lives and prevent being sued. The heater element in the seat has poor insulation and electric current is leaking to the seam of the outer casing possibly due to bleach or similar cleaning product. The complete circuit should be tested for integrity and standards compliance.
