    I was extremely dissatisfied with my stay at Brown Hill Hotel. I had booked and paid for a Deluxe Room with a King Size bed, but due to a lack of electricity in the bathroom, I was downgraded to a room with a standard Queen Size bed. This was unacceptable, especially since I paid for a premium room. Additionally, I booked the room for two guests but only received breakfast for one person. This lack of consideration was very disappointing and felt like poor service. To make matters worse, at around 11 a.m., while I was still resting, a staff member rudely knocked on my door just to remind me that check-out was at 12 p.m. This was completely unnecessary and disturbed my peace. The only positive experience during my stay was the friendly night security staff member, Jonathan. Unfortunately, that alone does not make up for the other shortcomings. At ***, this experience was far from worth the price. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, nor do I intend to stay here again.
