We celebrated our wedding anniversary at Breaffy House Hotel & Spa and had a lovely stay overall. The hotel has excellent facilities, has been beautifully modernised, and our room was incredibly spacious, which was perfect as we were travelling with our toddler. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the beautiful grounds made for relaxing walks with lovely views.
The leisure centre was enjoyable, although it feels a little dated compared to the rest of the hotel, which has clearly been refurbished to a high standard.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated that they even offer a childminding service upon request, which is a great option for families.
The only thing we felt was missing was a more personal touch for our wedding anniversary. As the hotel was aware we were celebrating a special occasion, a simple card or a small complimentary gesture in the room would have made our arrival feel even more memorable.
The live singer on Friday and Saturday evenings created a lovely atmosphere, and the breakfast was delicious with a good selection of options.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return, especially for the spacious rooms, beautiful surroundings, and welcoming service.

We had the most gorgeous room at the front overlooking the gardens. Very nicely decorated with comfortable furnishings and bed. We were greeted by a lovely young man who told us everything we needed to know about restaurants and facilities. Food was excellent with prices to match and a great wine list. Just perfect.
