    Beautiful rooms. Lots of fun extras like huge robes, clothes steamers and in the suite a cocktail bar.

    This is a lovely hotel with dedicated and hardworking staff. But recently there have been on and off drain problems. I believe it’s a very old upgraded building. Sometimes the drain smell penetrates the whole room. And least once there were fruit flies (I think) all over the plants and in the milk. The food and drink is excellent, especially their coffee and juices. Toiletries are very good. It is peaceful and in a great location. I adore the architecture and design. The staff are really good, bringing extras to your room, helping with directions and advice.

    Quick into central London from the station (which is 1 5 mins walk). Nice staff, very nice clean rooms.

    Loads of restaurants nearby, and not too far to walk to and from stations. Rooms are clean and modern.
