Whilst the location is acceptable, it’s important to note that whilst I booked on the proviso for parking, neither the hotel nor ago accepted responsibility to provide this service. A high premium was paid for this property and no attempt was provided to fulfil my booking. Rather I was expected to pay for parking at €5 per hour for my stay. Atrocious. The room itself had windows directly facing the walkway so whilst living in a dark dim room you had no choice but to close the blinds. The menu for breakfast we were told had none of the premium meals and we were forced to select the most basic of breakfast. As for staff, blaming us for somehow booking parking when we should not have or perhaps pretending they didn’t receive the booking instructions in no way tried to assist. Rude in every aspect. It ruined my trip to kotor. Oh and zero acknowledgement of my honeymoon. I can’t say I had a pleasant stay. Kotor was not a good destination.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect — right in the heart of the old town, making it incredibly convenient to explore everything on foot.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and accommodating, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was lovely, with a great selection, and having it right in the middle of the old town made the experience even more special.
Overall, a fantastic hotel in a beautiful and very central location. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kotor.

The hotel is in a great location in old town and the room looked fantastic and spacious, however our room had a broken shutter which meant that the room lit up at sunrise..around 5.40am during our stay.

Parking is outside the old town so the logistics of unloading luggages, dragging them on cobble street across town and parking is a bit complicated. No help was offered.
