    The staff was very sweet and that was the only good thing about the stay. The hotel was run down, there were various types of insects inside the room, location of the hotel is so far away from everything. The reception closed at 8 pm so after that you are on your own if something happens. Completely ruined my stay.

    One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the appalling attitude of the staff to the disgusting condition of the rooms, this place is an absolute disgrace. First of all, the woman at the front desk was unbelievably rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. She even made nasty comments about me in front of my friend. I have rarely encountered such a hostile and unpleasant attitude from someone working in hospitality. Apparently, basic manners and customer service are too much to ask for here. The rooms are ridiculously small, to the point where there is barely enough space to open a suitcase. The bedsheets were full of sand, and when we complained, the only solution offered was an attempt to clean them again. No proper resolution, no accountability, and absolutely no concern for guest comfort. The bathroom was even worse. The shower is so cramped that you can barely move, the entire bathroom smells like sewage, and the toilet facilities are old, filthy, and poorly maintained. The level of hygiene is simply unacceptable. And as if all of that weren’t enough, CENTIPEDES were getting into the rooms and could be found throughout the property. Absolutely revolting and completely unacceptable for any accommodation that expects people to pay to stay there. What makes this experience particularly awful is the complete lack of professionalism, cleanliness, and willingness to address problems. This hotel fails at the most basic standards of hospitality. A clean bed, a functional bathroom, a pest-free room, and respectful staff should not be considered luxuries. I strongly recommend staying literally anywhere else in Koh Phangan. Save your money, your patience, and your vacation. This place is an embarrassment to the hospitality industry.
