The hotel is relatively new and so all facilities are in excellent condition (rooms, cafe).
It’s in the heart of Quepos downtown (an Oasis in an otherwise ‘working’ town ) . Staff were great (esp Gabriel in restaurant and Roland, reception). Thank you guys . The food we had was good quality (although see below)
WiFi quality was patchy in the rooms. Also the breakfast menu ( 3 dishes to choose from ) was too limited leaving me as a customer feeling restricted and the staff with the awkward position to have to explain and charge for extras. Not sure if this is ‘penny pinching’ or just to help the kitchen to manage 11 sets of guests. Either way, for the quality and price of the accommodation, it’s an unnecessary hassle that could be avoided. The staff were great at explaining … seniors in the company, please reconsider your offering with greater flexibility
