    Whilst I only stayed for a night, I appreciated the energy of the space and made friends with in minutes of arriving.

    Room was clean and quiet. Dorm bed was big and spacious. I could leave backpack in 4am and be in lounge until sunrise. Would book again.

    - they turn off the AC in the dorms during the day. It gets extremely hot. - I saw the breakfast lady scoop back some unused margarine and jam from someone’s used plate back into the pot - the breakfast is white flour, sugar, hydrogenated fat, and a few slices of watermelon. Tea and coffee. Some days you also get an egg. Which is great. On other days there is no egg and nothing to replace it - the breakfast ladies are very rude. It feels like you are bothering them just by existing - the light above my bed didn’t work nor did they repair it or give me anything to use in the meantime during my 3 night stay - I was on the upper bunk and the bed moved so much when the person below would turn that it would wake me up, even though I am a deep sleeper -no place to eat during the day. They close the restaurant area. So I have eaten in my bed, on the stairs steps, and sitting on the floor by the pool. - the location is great! You are in the center and very close to the beach. - I have been travelling for 8 months in SE Asia staying in dorms with about this budget. Unfortunately , this was definitely on the lower end of the experience.
