Aobakwe welcomed us with open arms and assisted me with all the arrangements. The staff (Petra and Kobus at the restaurant) made the day so special for us. Thank you. The game drive with Juan-Marie was outstanding with, I think all the species on display. The SPA was outstanding with Shanell and Thembi and Leone at the reception. We even had the opportunity to meet Mrs. Bona-Bona in person. Thank you , a great few days. Thank you

I was very appalled being told that for toiletry we won't get any but must buy because we are staying for 2 nights. There was one small body wash and cream as well as Shower cap. Mind you we were a couple and how sensible is that. We had to buy water and toiletry because we were told that was complimentary. Very absurd if you ask me for a 4 star. Very limited tea, sugar and milk. Breakfast I don't know what to say. Baked beans were off. Very limited menu and refreshments We will never go back again. Very disappointed
